Since the emission date, you have 15 days until
the due date and 16 more day to the deadline, a
total of 31 days to pay your bill.
Following payment deadline, MetroGAS
will send you a warming letter, telling you
to procede with payment within 9 days, otherwsise
the company would cut off your connection form the
distribution network.
If the cut off occurs, you will have to pay the
bill and a reconnection fee and in the following
24hs your home will be connected again to the natural
gas network.
CREDITCAR PAYMENT
By calling at 4309-1011 from 9AM TO 6PM, you can
pay your bill with the following credit cards:
American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Argencard,
Cabal, Credencial, Lider or Italcred.
CASH, CHECK AN DEBIT CARD PAYMENT You can choose this options in
our Commercial Branches (Click
here to find the nearest branch).
In order to pay, you´ll need the reference number located in the right top
of your bill, inside an orange square.
DIRECT DEBIT Forget about late payments!. To joint, simply call your bank or
credit card company.
BILL COLLECTION COMPANIES There are 3 bill collecting companies named Pago Facil, Rapipago
and Bapro Pagos where you can pay your bill with cash.
AUTHORIZED BANKS You can also pay at bank branches.
REFERENCES
1) Until the final deadline.
2) Direct Debit. Check at each bank for payment through bank
account.
3) Collection through Call Center.
4) Collects Debt Notices.
