Residential Connection Steps

Connect your home to the natural gas network in three steps!

Step 1:

  • Find out whether natural gas is available for your home location, by going to our Captación de Clientes Department, located at Jovellanos 922 Barracas, Capital Federal or complete the form, to let us know you want to use natural gas in your home.

  • If the natural gas network is available at your home, you should contact a gas technician. To choose one, Click here.

Step 2:
  • To iniciate the connection process, the gas technician must go to technical office with the appropiate documents and once the installation (natural gas inside network and equipment) is completed, Metrogas will carry out an inspection of it, to make sure it meets all the gas installation standards in effect.

Step 3:
  • Once the installation is approved, you should go to a commercial branch (Click here to find the nearest branch) after 72 hs, to sign as new client and your home will be connected within 30 days.

  • Another option is to have the gas technician do this final step for you and you skip going to a commercial branch. Ask the gasista matriculado about “Joint presentation” option.
